This Spectrum SWP-µ-10 (also known as the Pentek or Spectrum WPµ-P10) is a string-wound filter primarily designed to reduce fine sediment from a variety of different fluids.
Versatile, economic with complete quality control
Basic technology that works, the SPECTRUM Wound range is perfectly suited as a pre-filter to protect more expensive secondary or final filtration systems and therefore present an economical way to reduce fine sediment, including sand, silt, rust and scale particles while protecting more expensive filters.
The Spectrum SWP-µ-10 is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 65°C. The filter will produce minimal pressure loss with flow rates up to 38 Litres per Minute. These cartridges are suitable for a wide variety of sediment filtration applications, including municipal and well water as well as many industrial fluids.
General use, poly-on-poly core
Polypropylene - easily the most popular cartridge media, having a broad chemical compatibility, good temperature resistance and low cost, this standard and large diameter filter is an effective solution for many applications. Where the filtrate stream is adversely affected by antistatic additives, washed polypropylene is available, which has been processed to remove these chemicals.
The SWP-µ-10 is available in a variety of Micron sizes which will be listed as an option near the top of the page.
