You are responsible for the return of any goods supplied by us, and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility until said goods are received by us. Any costs incurred by returning the goods to us are payable by you and all returned goods must be sent back via recorded delivery as we cannot track goods sent via standard mail.
If there are any missing or damaged parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to deduct funds from any refund payable to you, for the value of the missing or damaged item. Refunds will only be credited to the original credit/debit card used to make the initial purchase and will only be made after the goods have been received and inspected by us.
Have in mind If the goods are unused or not damaged they can be returned.
As soon as we receive the goods, our returns team will go over the product(s) and will inspect the items for damage/use (If the goods are intact and in working order, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days depending on payment method)

If you wish to order a product you can only do that over the website by clicking on a product you wish to have and adding it to the shopping basket.
We dispatch goods on Monday through to Friday except for Public and Bank holidays. No goods are dispatched on weekends.
We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK (surcharges apply to parts of Scotland, N&S Ireland and all UK Islands, EU and the rest of the world).
Order placed before 12:00 PM Mon-Fri are usually dispatched the same day unless we contact you. 90% of our mainland UK customers generally receive their order the following day but this is not guaranteed.
We recommend that you wait until you have received your order before booking a plumber for installation.
We use DPD who usually provide a one-hour delivery prediction by text to a mobile and/or email.
